Classification
Polish is the parameter that matters most on red lentil, so we contract on it: water or edible vegetable oil, declared, with a test for mineral oil and added colour available on request. Football and split are described on the contract in words as well as by the trade term, so the grade you order is the grade that is milled.
The values above are the parameters we quote against and have verified at the load port. Where your own requirement is tighter, yours governs and we quote to it.
