Alphonso, Kesar and Totapuri
Alphonso, Kesar and Totapuri pulp in aseptic and frozen formats. The three varieties are not interchangeable: Alphonso is aromatic and low-acid, Kesar sits between, Totapuri is sharper and is the base for most beverage blending. Specify the variety, not just "mango pulp".
