Dehydrated Onion

White, pink and red — kibbled to powder

Dehydrated onion cut to kibbled, chopped, minced, granule or powder specification. White onion is the standard export form and carries the mildest colour and flavour; pink and red are produced to order where the colour is wanted in the finished dish. It is a low-density product, so a container fills by volume long before it fills by weight — quote in metric tonnes and we will confirm how many containers that actually is.

State the variety and the sieve specification at enquiry. Cut size and bulk density decide your freight cost per usable tonne, so we confirm both — and the number of containers your tonnage actually needs — before quotation.

The values above are the parameters we quote against and have verified at the load port. Where your own requirement is tighter, yours governs and we quote to it.
